In live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final. For pre-match betting, the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet will apply.

If a match is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the stake placed on that match is generally refunded. However, if the outcome has already been determined, 9xfilex reserves the right to declare that result as final. If at least 90 minutes of play have been completed, the result may be considered valid.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
9xfilex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in the following cases:

- If fraud or misconduct is suspected.
- Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
